• All charges are in the currency displayed at checkout.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Payment grants you a one-time, non-transferable right to generate the selected report.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our service and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Full Refund: If our service fails to generate your report due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us with your PayPal transaction ID for processing.
• Other Requests: Refund requests for other reasons (e.g., user uploaded incorrect data, changed mind, or found a cheaper alternative) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be fair and may offer a partial refund or credit.
• How to Request: To request a refund, please send an email to contact@excel-pdf.com with your PayPal transaction ID and a brief explanation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CSV Studio for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading malicious files or code.
